Manhood Problems: Tumescence Dysfunction and Psychology

Many men are worried about tumescence dysfunction, and go to great pains to ensure top-notch member care in an effort to avoid the problem. In most cases of tumescence dysfunction, there is a physical component; for example, a man might suffer from diabetes, circulation issues or other problems that can be addressed by a physician.

But for some men, there appears to be no physical problem at all – other than the fact that he just can’t get it up when it’s time to get busy. This can be quite distressing, because at least men with manhood problems caused by a medical condition know there is likely a good treatment to help them. But those who have manhood problems with no clear cause may be quite worried about what this means for their long-term sensual health.

Those who have manhood problems with no clear physical reason might start to wonder: Is tumescence dysfunction actually a psychological issue?

Manhood problems and psychology

In some cases, a man’s tumescence dysfunction is caused by something other than a physical issue. Here are a few reasons why a guy might experience manhood problems that seem to make no sense.

1. Stress. Most men go through periods of serious stress from time to time. This might include everything from a big presentation at work to dealing with the stress of losing a loved one. In cases like this, everything else in life can fall to the wayside for a while, including sensual desire and the ability to engage in sensual activity.

2. Anxiety. Much more than simple stress, anxiety can lead to physical problems that eventually cause manhood problems. Those who suffer from anxiety might have higher blood pressure, increased heart rate, and debilitating fatigue. These problems can make it tough to get it up when the time comes.

3. Depression. This often goes hand-in-hand with anxiety. A guy suffering from depression might not care about things that once mattered to him, including his sensual health. Even if a man feels sensual desire, he might have trouble acting on it. In many cases, treatment for depression will quickly result in a resolution of manhood problems.

4. Worries about tumescence dysfunction. Interestingly, a man who is worried about developing manhood problems is much more likely to do just that! Worries about tumescence dysfunction can combine stress, anxiety and even depression into one big concern, and that might be enough to keep a man from getting it up at all.

5. Relationship issues. Sometimes the problem isn’t about the sensual function or desire, but about the partner. A man who is in the midst of serious relationship problems might find it very difficult to perform in the bedroom. In addition, some emotions are sneaky, and a man might not want to confront them; for instance, feeling guilt over something in the relationship, not fully trusting a partner, or feeling resentment for a slight can manifest physically, preventing a man from getting hard when the time calls for it.

The good news is that psychological issues that lead to manhood problems can be resolved. It might take the help of a good psychologist or therapist, but soon a man can get to the bottom of what is causing the lack of desire or lack of physical ability. Once he knows what the problem is, he can work toward fixing it.

In the meantime, a man must remain ready for action when his good member function comes back. To that end, a guy should indulge in a daily application of male organ health crème (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). Look for a crème that contains nutrients and vitamins that aid in circulation, such as L-arginine, which helps the blood vessels dilate, or vitamin D, which promotes healthy cellular function. These ingredients, along with other top-notch vitamins, can be applied in a crème rich with Shea butter and vitamin E for skin hydration. The result is a handsome, healthy member that is ready for action.

Consider Growing to a Public Company

It is not uncommon for many small business owners to shy away from expansionary decisions, or even think of going public. Why? Most of these business owners are scared of the outcome of growing large, and often attribute this fear to the “high risks involved.” Well, the whole idea of business is risk taking, so why indulge in it in the first place, if you choose to give up so soon? In fact, the truth is, small private businesses and partnerships tend to be at a higher risk of failure. For instance, in the event of a sudden downturn in business activities in a certain industry, larger public companies can easily diversify their resources, and invest in other sectors that are more promising, while small businesses would definitely crumble if such periods become severe and persistent, due to lack of funds. The point here is; the benefits of being a public company are much more than to what meets the eye.

Public companies are those that have the right to request for funds from the general public, usually in the form of selling shares. This is possible when the company is being listed on the stock exchange market. There are many advantages of being a public company:

When a company goes public, it shows a sign of maturity and responsibility. Public companies are liable to many shareholders who are equally owners and share holders at the same time. This results to some level of consciousness in the companies dealings, and the company is compelled to maintain certain high standards in their operations, which in tend to boosts their productivity and returns.

Public companies tend to build a lot of trust with its clientele. The general ideology is, if investors can trust the company with their finances, then the consumers can equally count on them for quality products.

Most companies who grow public tend to realize a drastic reduction in cost. This is because they benefit from larger trade and cash discounts on their purchases, since they have the ability to make larger orders and pay promptly, due to more available funds.

Due to easily accessible capital, public companies can employ very qualified and skilled executives for their companies, who have the potential of using their skills and experience to fetch more returns on the companies’ investments.

Another benefit of being on the stock market is that the cost of capital is relatively lower than those offered at banks, and you do not need to surrender your assets as collateral before getting credit. In fact, it is not compulsory to pay dividend on certain shares, as the holder of such shares can sell them when their value increases (capital gain).

Katalyst Technologies’ CTO, Praveen Minumula

Q. Why don’t you give our audience some background information about yourself?

A. I am the Chief Technology Officer at Katalyst Technologies. I have been in the IT industry for 15 years, and I started my career with Katalyst after graduating with a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University in 2003. I am responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. I develop IT vision, strategy, technical roadmap, and lead teams in effective execution. I am responsible for the company’s IT initiatives, infrastructure, operations, and software delivery.

I have expertise in architecting solutions for the cloud by designing and deploying secure, scalable, highly-available, and reliable applications, while optimizing for cost. I helped migrate complex internal and customer applications to cloud solutions such as AWS.

Q. Can you describe the concept behind AWS as if I knew nothing about it or the market?

A. If I were to explain cloud computing in a very simplified language, it is like subscribing to a service like electricity that is delivered to your home; you pay for what you use instead of generating your own electricity.

Instead of buying, owning, and maintaining your datacenters at a significant cost, companies can acquire computers, storage, and databases as they need them, and only pay for what they use. The prospect of being able to provide servers on demand, rather than waiting several weeks, helps companies innovate and release their products to market quicker.

Another popular example is the Pizza as a Service analogy:

In this example, the “Made at Home” column shows you all of the items you need to have to make a pizza at home. This is comparable to needing your own data center by finding a site that is accessible, has redundancy in power and telecom infrastructure, and allows you to build your network, servers, storage, and security. If you compare that to the dined-out column on the right, you can see that you don’t need to worry about making the pizza at all. You show up, order what you want, and pay for what you have consumed.

Q. What problem has AWS solved for your clients so far?

A. We have customers ranging from startups to enterprises. Cloud is one of the key enablers for business to stay competitive and allow startups to disrupt as they are redefining entire industries. For example, one of our startup customers had a couple of proof of concepts they wanted to build but were not sure which would work. Instead of investing thousands of dollars in equipment, they were able to test each proof of concept within a smaller time period for just a few hundred dollars. We were able to help them get to their answers much more quickly and at a much lower cost.

Many of our customers need help to set up their infrastructure and deploy the custom applications that we develop specifically for their business. By partnering with AWS, our customers can focus on their customers and the execution of their business strategy instead of setting up and monitoring infrastructure to support their applications. We do the heavy lifting for them with minimal disruption.

We also provide services to large enterprise customers who use AWS for their infrastructure. We help them to migrate, design, configure, manage, and monitor their infrastructure.

Q. What types of companies would you suggest AWS to and why?

A. AWS powers Startups, Enterprises, and the Public Sector. AWS has helped startups like Airbnb, Lyft, and Yelp scale without having the constraints of how quickly they can provision datacenters.

Enterprises like Netflix, Kellogg’s, Expedia, GE, Dole, McDonald’s, and Shell moved their infrastructure to the cloud so that they can focus on their core business.
Public Sectors such as PBS and the US Department of State, leverage AWS cloud for their infrastructure. https://aws.amazon.com/

Q. Why did you decide to partner with AWS?

A. Katalyst is an early adopter of cloud technologies. We migrated some of the business-critical applications from on-premise network to AWS beginning in 2012. Because AWS has been a leader in the public cloud for several years, we decided it would be a great partnership that ultimately benefits our customers in the end. We have several AWS certified engineers who architect solutions for clients, which optimizes availability and security while optimizing cost.

Being an AWS partner grants us access to an innovation sandbox and AWS resources for qualified proofs-of-concept to help the company further innovate. The partnership also provides access to training and access to solutions architects to improve our team’s skills further.

Being an AWS partner allows our team to constantly be focused on customer success and help them take full advantage of the business benefits AWS has to offer. With deep expertise, we are positioned to help customers at any stage of the cloud adaption journey and to help achieve business objectives.

Q. What is the main takeaway you would like our audience to gain from this interview?

A. There are two main points I would like our audience to take away from this. First is that cloud computing has leveled the playing field for any aspiring young company. It used to be that IT infrastructure was traditionally accessible by mostly large enterprises with deep pockets. That is no longer the case as cloud computing has opened the door for small and young companies to run like large enterprises.

Second is that cloud computing platforms can provide an opportunity for enterprises to innovate like startups. Innovation is a must for business when trying to compete in today’s world.

As you can see, with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Praveen and his team remove the burden of infrastructure operations and allows businesses to focus on what is most important: their business. Gone are the days of drowning in the complicated and expensive physical components of business as usual. With cloud computing at the forefront, Praveen has helped individuals, companies, and government entities compute and store resources in a secure, reliable and cost-effective manner.
Not only is Praveen our go-to person for any and all tech-related activities, he is also known around the office for his humility and humor. In true Praveen fashion, he leaves us with the witty quote below:
“If you have applications that are old enough to order a drink, it is time to modernize them and migrate to the cloud!”
